Auto-Sim by Aurrigo

Airports are being asked to deliver more than ever before — with greater complexity, tighter operational demands, and a clear industry shift toward electric and autonomous ground operations.
That transformation doesn’t happen by guesswork. It happens through simulation, validation, and data-driven planning.
Introducing our latest video showcasing Auto-Sim from Aurrigo — our powerful digital twin platform designed to help airports confidently plan the future of the ramp.
🔹 Create a full 3D digital twin of airport operations
🔹 Test autonomous vehicle deployment before live implementation
🔹 Simulate real-world interactions with traffic, crews, and workflows
🔹 Model electrification strategies, charging infrastructure, and power demand
🔹 Evaluate routing, fleet sizing, operator behavior, and rollout scenarios
🔹 Stress test safety, identify bottlenecks, and compare ROI between manual and autonomous operations
Auto-Sim enables airports to reduce risk, minimize disruption, and accelerate the transition to scalable zero-emission autonomous operations.
Because transforming the ramp should come with confidence — not uncertainty.#aurrigo #aviationinnovation #igse #digitaltwin #autonomousvehicles

Aurrigo’s automotive division secures £4.5m multiyear agreement

Aurrigo International plc has secured a new three-year £4.5m framework agreement to supply high-performance electrical sets for a next generation supercar programme. Under the terms of the deal, £810,000 of contracted orders will be delivered this year, with remaining volumes ramping up across 2027 and 2028 in line with the customer’s production schedule. This record contract, which is with a long-standing client, reflects the strength of the firm’s R&D and engineering capability in high-tech electrical systems and integration, and its track record of delivering complex programmes on time and to the highest possible quality.

Strategically, the award supports the group’s continued growth objectives, with the automotive division complementing the engineering, integration, validation and programme delivery capability of the autonomous team. It also reinforces Aurrigo’s reputation for precision engineering, reliability and innovation in complex, highly regulated and safety critical environments. “

This contract is further proof of our world-class engineering and delivery capability,” explained Prof. David Keene MBE, CEO of Aurrigo International. “Our automotive team is the innovation engine behind our autonomy capabilities, with a vertically integrated R&D function where advances in hardware, software, and AI are engineered into real-world autonomous systems, turning complex programmes into deployments built to exacting standards. He concluded: “That same discipline and technical depth feeds directly into our operations as we scale autonomy into demanding, safety-critical environments. We continue to see a strong pipeline for the autonomous division supported by high engagement from several blue-chip parties and positive progress across ongoing testing programmes.”
